Noise issues from guests using the back exit door for smoking are annoying. even after changing rooms, the proximity to that area led to frequent disturbances. Room cleaning was not up to par—trash wasn't emptied and towels weren't replaced during the stay. The tall king-size bed might be a struggle for shorter guests, impacting overall comfort for some.
